We offer standard shipping within the continental United States at a flat rate of $4.00 USD.
We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee, including 2-day and overnight shipping.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, Thursdays through Saturdays.
No international shipping at this time.
We use trusted shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can track your package.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.

Return Policy:

We take great pride in the quality of our jewelry and inspect each piece before shipping or putting it in our showroom. Therefore, we do not accept returns unless the product has manufacturing defects. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we offer a return policy that allows you to return your product for a replacement, exchange, or store credit, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Returns are only accepted for items with manufacturing defects.
To initiate a return, you must contact us within 7 days of the date of purchase.
All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, we will process the exchange subject to availability. If the item is not available, we will issue a store credit.
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, resized, or altered in any way.
